How to get started with Keyventory

Getting Started


 1)    Sign Up - All you need is a credit card, email address and you can start using Keyventory today.

  
 2)    Order Bar code reader, Camera, Tags and Labels

  
 3)    Bulk Load Properties, Assets or Vendors

You can bulk load Properties, Assets or Vendors by downloading and filling out this spread sheet (Keyventory Bulk Load.xls) You do not need to fill out all three lists. If you just have a property list, we can just load that, to get you working faster. Complete the list and email it to support@keyvntory.com. 


  
 4)    Add Properties

  
 
 
5) Add Assests

  
 
6)    Attach Tags and Labels to assets

  
7)    Scan Bar Codes into system

  
8)    Begin Operation - You can start tracking your assets.
